A treadmill rarely fails all at once. It starts with a belt that hesitates, a console that flickers, an incline motor that groans a little louder than it used to — and before long, a machine that was running perfectly six months ago is sitting idle in a corner. Between humid mornings, dusty compounds, and machines that run for hours every day in commercial gyms, Nairobi’s treadmills go through a lot. Getting one installed correctly from day one, and keeping it serviced afterward, is the difference between a treadmill that lasts a decade and one that’s fighting for its life by year two.
Below are five companies currently offering treadmill installation, repair and maintenance services around Nairobi, along with what each one brings to the table.

Treadmill Repair Services in Nairobi
𝟭. 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧
Bestcare Facilities Management runs one of the more structured treadmill service operations you’ll find, built around diagnostics first, repair second. Instead of jumping straight to fixing a symptom, their technicians identify the actual cause of a fault — an unusual noise, an error code, a belt that keeps slipping — before touching the machine. That approach carries through to belt replacements, motor and console repairs, and spare parts sourcing for a wide range of treadmill brands.
Address: Mpaka Plaza, Westlands Services: Diagnostics, belt and motor repairs, console repairs, spare parts replacement, and scheduled maintenance plans designed to catch problems before they turn into breakdowns. Coverage: Residential and commercial clients across Nairobi, including homes, gyms, and hotels, with technicians dispatched directly to the equipment’s location.
𝟮. 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗦
Imperial Appliances treats treadmill repair the same way they treat any other home appliance job — fast, parts-ready, and backed by a warranty. Their technicians carry common spare parts in their service vehicles, which means a fair number of repairs get sorted in a single visit rather than requiring a return trip once parts arrive. All work comes with genuine or high-quality replacement parts and a 30-day service warranty, so if the same fault resurfaces shortly after a repair, it gets fixed again at no extra cost.
Address: Madonna House, Westlands Services: Treadmill diagnostics and repair for both home and commercial gym equipment, spare parts replacement, and routine maintenance, quoted upfront before any work begins. Coverage: Nairobi and surrounding towns, with same-day service available in most areas.
𝟯. 𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗥 𝗡𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗜
Machine Repair Nairobi works on an at-home service model — a technician is deployed directly to wherever the treadmill is, rather than requiring the machine to be brought in anywhere. That matters for treadmills specifically, since they’re bulky and awkward to transport. Their technicians handle everything from belt replacement and motor swaps to running board repair, bearing replacement, power board issues, and general lubrication and upkeep.
Address: On-demand, technician-dispatch service (no walk-in premises); bookings handled by phone Services: Belt replacement, motor replacement, running board repair, bearing replacement, pedal replacement, power board repair, and belt lubrication and general maintenance. Coverage: Nairobi and the wider region, serving both home gyms and commercial fitness centres.
𝟰. 𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗙𝗜𝗫 𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗦
NextFix Ideas covers a slightly wider scope than pure repair — they also handle installation and relocation, which is useful for anyone moving a treadmill between floors, offices, or entirely different premises. Their team dismantles the equipment, transports it, and handles reassembly on the other end, in addition to standard fault diagnosis and repair work. They also offer quarterly and annual service contracts for gyms and fitness centres that want scheduled maintenance rather than reactive call-outs.
Address: On-demand, technician-dispatch service; bookings handled by phone or email Services: Treadmill and gym equipment repair, installation, dismantling and reassembly for relocations, and periodic or condition-based service contracts. Coverage: Nairobi, serving both home users and commercial gyms.
𝟱. 𝗡𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗜 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗥
Nairobi Repair folds treadmill service into a broader home and office appliance repair operation, which can be convenient if a household or gym is dealing with more than just a treadmill issue at the same time. Their technicians are familiar with a long list of appliance brands, and the same booking channel that gets a washing machine or fridge repaired can just as easily be used for treadmill or gym equipment faults.
Address: Lakhamshi House, Nairobi Services: Treadmill repair alongside general appliance repair, installation, and maintenance for kitchen, laundry, and fitness equipment. Coverage: Nairobi and neighbouring estates, including Lavington, Karen, Kilimani, Runda, Kitisuru, and surrounding areas.
Whichever provider you go with, a few things are worth checking before booking: whether they offer a written quote before starting work, whether repairs come with any kind of warranty, and whether their technicians actually carry spare parts on-site rather than needing to order and return later. Treadmills that get regular maintenance — every six months for home use, more frequently for commercial gyms — tend to avoid the bigger, costlier breakdowns altogether.
